About

A COSRT accredited integrative Psychotherapist with diverse clinical experience in the field of counselling and wellbeing. My specialism is relationship and psychosexual support but I have worked with couples and individuals with a vast range of concerns.

I have worked for the British Armed Forces across the UK and mainland Europe, supported prostate cancer patients,  help for heroes veterans and supervised a helpline for the NHS during the COVID pandemic. I trained with Relate and have historically delivered individual and couples therapy for them, as well as providing supervision to counsellors in the UK and the Channel Islands. As part of their senior clinical team I have manned a practice helpline supporting counsellors with complex casework and serious safeguarding concerns.

During my career, I have delivered over 5,000 hours of therapy via face-to-face, webcam, telephone and instant messaging services. More recently, alongside my private practice, I deliver training to students on how to work with sexual and intimacy problems in general therapy.
